Peel the yam and cut in cube .
Now wash and dry on kitchen towel.
Now take a mixing bowl add yam cube , ginger garlic paste, arrarot, salt and garam masala mix well keep aside about 10 min.
Now take a wok on flame put oil in wok as required .
Now deep fry the yam pieces one by one on hot ( medium high flame) untill they come out crispy n fully cook.
Take out on tissue papper now sprinkle spices .
