Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 300 gms yam


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala (optional)


  • 3-4 tbsp arrarot


  • 200 ml oil for frying( as required)


  • 1 tsp spice for sprinkle- salt , chat masala, chilli flakes and fried curry leaf crush

Directions

  • Peel the yam and cut in cube .
  • Now wash and dry on kitchen towel.
  • Now take a mixing bowl add yam cube , ginger garlic paste, arrarot, salt and garam masala mix well keep aside about 10 min.
  • Now take a wok on flame put oil in wok as required .
  • Now deep fry the yam pieces one by one on hot ( medium high flame) untill they come out crispy n fully cook.
  • Take out on tissue papper now sprinkle spices .
